Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property and expect users of TapVid to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Our approach

We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and remove or disable access to infringing material, and we terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

2. Submitting a takedown notice

To report infringement, send us a written notice (see Section 3) that includes:

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service, with enough detail for us to find it;
your contact information (address, telephone, and email);
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Where to send a notice

Send copyright notices to us by email at official@tapvid.ai.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with your signature, your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement explaining why you believe it was removed by mistake. We will review it and may restore the material where appropriate.

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, consistent with our Terms of Service.
