Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

You are responsible for your inputs, your generated Output, and how you use it. Violations may lead to content removal and account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which we report to NCMEC as required by law;
• is sexual or pornographic, or is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or a sexualized depiction of a real person;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence, or is hateful or discriminatory toward people based on protected characteristics;
• is deceptive, including impersonation, fraud, scams, phishing, or fake endorsements or reviews;
• spreads election or political disinformation, or presents fabricated statements by real people or officials as authentic;
• infringes intellectual property or violates privacy, publicity, or likeness rights;
• promotes regulated or dangerous goods where prohibited (for example weapons, illegal drugs, or gambling), or self-harm;
• contains malware, or is intended to disrupt or compromise systems or data.

3. Impersonation, likeness, and consent

You may not create an avatar or depiction of a real person without the rights and explicit consent required by the Avatar Terms, and you may not depict celebrities, public figures, or minors in violation of those terms. You are responsible for obtaining and keeping evidence of the consents your content requires.

4. AI transparency

You must not present AI-generated content in a way that is misleading where disclosure is required by law.

5. Platform and access abuse

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service, or build a competing product from it.
• Do not circumvent usage limits, credits, rate limits, or access controls, or share access in violation of your plan.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our prior written permission, or interfere with its operation.

6. Enforcement

We may review, block, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and we may report unlawful content to authorities. We use automated and human review to detect violations. When we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you and explain why, unless the law prohibits it or doing so would put people or the Service at risk. If you believe we made a mistake, you can ask us to review the decision by emailing official@tapvid.ai.

To report content that violates this AUP, or misuse of your likeness or intellectual property, use the Report Issue button in the TapVid app or contact us (see the Copyright Policy for copyright notices).
