Brand Kit Terms

1. What a Brand Kit is

A “Brand Kit” is the set of brand assets you add to the Service, such as logos, wordmarks, fonts, color palettes, images, and other brand materials, so the Service can apply them to your videos.

2. Your rights and warranties

You represent and warrant that, for every asset in your Brand Kit:

• you own it or have all rights, licenses, and consents needed to upload it and use it in the Service and in your Output, including for commercial use;
• your use does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other right, and does not breach any license that applies to the asset;
• you are authorized to represent the brand the assets belong to, or you have the brand owner’s permission to use them.

3. License to us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and process your Brand Kit assets, and to send them to our subprocessors, solely to operate the Service and generate your Output. You retain your rights in your assets.

4. Fonts and third-party licenses

Fonts and other licensed assets may only be used within the terms of their own licenses. You are responsible for holding a valid license for any font or asset you upload and for any use in your Output. We do not grant you rights to any third-party font or asset.

5. Prohibited brand uses

• Do not upload or use another party’s brand assets without their authorization.
• Do not use brand assets to impersonate a business, or to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.
• Do not use brand assets in content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Responsibility and indemnification

You are solely responsible for your Brand Kit assets and their use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SigmaZ and its affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Brand Kit assets or their use, including any claim of trademark or copyright infringement or false endorsement. We may remove assets and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Storage and removal

You can edit or delete your Brand Kit assets at any time from your account. If you believe your brand assets are used on the Service without authorization, contact us or use the Copyright Policy.
